Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

• By engaging Ekaansh Creations for any service, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

• The scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be mutually agreed upon and documented before starting the project.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All service fees are as per the agreed quotation or pricing package.

• Payments must be made in full or as per the payment schedule discussed prior to the commencement of work.

• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

3. Revisions and Edits

• Ekaansh Creations offers up to [2-3] rounds of revisions for all deliverables unless specified otherwise in the project agreement.

• Any additional revisions will incur extra charges based on the complexity and time required.

4. Delivery and Turnaround Time

• Timelines for project completion will be discussed and finalized at the time of project initiation.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of inputs or approvals) may result in adjustments to the delivery schedule.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ekaansh Creations retains the right to showcase the final deliverables in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.

• All raw files (e.g., drafts, templates) remain the property of Ekaansh Creations unless specifically purchased by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are required to provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the content provided does not infringe any copyright or third-party rights.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

• Refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

• No refunds will be issued once the project is completed and approved by the client.

8. Confidentiality

• Ekaansh Creations will maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided information and materials.

• Clients must not disclose Ekaansh Creations’ pricing or proprietary methods without prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Ekaansh Creations is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the deliverables.

• Our responsibility is limited to reworking errors or omissions explicitly related to the agreed scope of work.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to arbitration under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

• Ekaansh Creations reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to the client for ongoing projects.
